I’m considering The Weekender by Andrea Mowry. Could this work if I shorten it and leave off the sleeves? I’m worried that the stockinette will not be breathable. What yarn would you recommend? I’m in Austin and have almost all of your Summer issues!
Oh great question! There are a bunch of projects on Ravelry for that one if you look up the pattern and search 'sleeveless'. Yarn-wise, I'd try a cotton or linen or blend that's a little lighter than the worsted that's called for. It depends on what season you're hoping to wear this in.
